Unfortunately our parents had passed and we needed to sell the house quickly. I’ve known Heather and her experience so it was easy for me to choose her to be our realtor. She was upfront about the market n she was honest. Our house went on the market in December and we had two offers within a week. Any questions any concerns we had she took care of everything! I'm settling into the new Condo that Heather Heinlein helped me find and purchase. The property was a foreclosure and the transaction was not easy. Heather dealt with a difficult situation with poise and wisdom. In the last minutes before closing the seller was trying to find a way to get more money from us and I would have caved but Heather held strong and saved me a lot of money and time. I'm forever grateful for her help in getting me into my new home.

Behind her charming, kind, and positive personality is an extremely wise and experienced realtor who shows she cares about her clients, and not just closing a sale. Despite the fact it took over a year to find the right place, she was always patient and communicative, never pressured me, and in the end, helped me get a great deal on a home by advising me on a price point that was less than I was thinking I should have offered.
